"Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success." - Henry Ford

A project is born out of an idea, however its development and success depend on the harmony of a whole team.

What can help us to sustain the development and the efficiency to be able to face emerging problems?

Beyond setting goals for the project, it is necessary from the start for the team to evaluate its own state and internal processes to gain insight into the working dynamics and to be able to act on it.

Putting this topic onto the table might even bring conflict, but it is needed to make a positive change. The "struggles" of our team, if managed correctly, bring new perspectives, fresh questions, and therefore help us to become creative, to communicate more openly, to strengthen our ties, and to grow together.

Join our training session where you will learn which phases characterise teamwork, how they repeat, and how they can be used to improve teamwork and bring about positive change. We will also learn which methods of communication can be used to effectively tackle the most critical points of these phases. The tools you will gain will allow you create a sustainable development within your team.

The language of the training session is Hungarian.
