NESTLÉ - PRESENTATION SKILLS
Presentation skills has become one of the most important soft skills. A well-prepared, impactful presentation defines our success. We went to Nestlé Hungary to support their employees in developing their public speaking and presentation skills, so that they can become memorable speakers.
Adrienn and I understood each other perefectly from the first moment, as our values and approach are very similar. She used interactive and creative methods when working with the speakers of TEDxYouth@Budapest, helping them discover and build on their own strengths while preparing for the conference. She was very patient and flexible in her work, it has been a pleasure to work with her. We would be happy to see her as part of the project again.
During the training session, we learned how to build a great presentation, and got to try out each individual step.
Impact’s presentation skills training showed me that developing my stage presence is much more complex than I initially thought. I gained and developed a lot thanks to exciting exercises and group work, and I hope that we will have a chance to work together again in the future.
TRAINING INTERNS @ UPC
During our training on creative and logical problem solving tools, the interns at UPC Hungary learned and practiced tools and methodologies that help them in coming up with innovative solutions in their work, whether they are working alone or as part of a team.
OUR WORK WITH UNICEF
We worked with the fundraisers of UNCEF's Hungarian Committe, to improve their skills in assertiveness and persuasion, preparing them for communicating the organisation's mission towards the local community, so that they can involve more people in UNICEF's child protection work.
As the saying goes, practice makes perfect - this applies even more to developing presentation skills. Great combination of practical exercises and a bit of theory, along with great atmosphere and experienced trainers. Thank you for the opportunity to participate!
Generally I build my speeches on the basis of logic, therefore the training gave me quite a challenge, as it was focused on persuasion not only through logic, but emotions as well. We didn't get a universal recipe, and instead received a set of practical tools that we also tried out. Great atmosphere, knowledge and a lot of practise - this is what I got from the trainers.
